Get to Know me

My name is Brandis Jordan, and I have a diverse background in communications, human resources and event management. Throughout my career, I have held roles in higher education, construction, healthcare and hospitality industries. Although my experience is expansive, all my roles have focused on one thing – people. My interests in connecting with people and developing others have led me to advance my career in communications where I can link my affinity for cultivation of workplace culture to engagement.

I am passionate about employee communications, employee engagement, and company culture because they are essential parts of keeping employees connected with a company, its values and initiatives, and serves as a way to retain top talent in an organization. I specialize in identifying actions and implementing programs that drive engagement at all levels of an organization.

As a native of New Jersey, I am a proud alumna of Rutgers University where I earned a Master of Arts degree in Communication and Information Studies (MCIS) and Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology. Additionally, I am certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering, traveling, scrapbooking, completing do-it-yourself projects, and digital photography.
